Winter Walk-CANCELED

Jan 31, 2009 (Sat) through Jan 31, 2009 (Sat)
1:30 PM
date and time confirmed
Members of the Ohio Valley Bernese Mountain Dog Club have invited the members of the Kentuckian Bernese Mountain Dog Club to participate in a Winter Walk that will be held on Saturday, January 31st at 12:30 pm, at Fernbank Park in Cincinnati. If the weather looks really bad, the alternate date could be the following Saturday, Feb. 7th! There should be a sign posted at the park entrance, (River Road/Rt. 50), and a few others inside the park. It is really only a few short turns to the Riverview Shelter, once you turn into the park. Many have mentioned bringing food or drink items to the walk. Please feel free to bring anything you would like to share! There may also be a fire pit for warmth so everyone can stay a bit longer to chat. I hope everyone can come out to have a fun afternoon, and meet new and familiar faces! Please feel free to invite any friends to join us! Let's enjoy the most important part...our dogs! If you have any questions please feel free to call or e-mail me.

Fall meeting and walk

Oct 12, 2008 (Sun)
date and time confirmed
This large fall event is in Nashville, IN. This is a small town that focuses on arts and crafts. In years past, the shopkeepers loved having the club do an event there, as it helps bring in customers. We will have our meeting and then walk through the town.
The shopkeepers welcome us and our dogs into the stores to visit and shop. This promises to be a fun time for all and perhaps a bit of early christmas shoppingcould be done.
